GTR explain timetable failure

Nick Brown, GTR's Chief Operating Officer has written a letter to MPs explaining why GTR failed so badly to deliver the new timetable. I will let you make your own judgement on their defence, suffice it to say that I do not believe there is much defence from either GTR or Network Rail.
