Labour MP Sharon Hodgson gave a powerful speech during the Second Reading debate on my Private Member's Bill, which will give coroners the power to investigate stillbirths and start a review of how stillbirths are registered.
During her speech she revealed her agony of being told her stillborn daughter Lucy, born just under the 24 week limit, would not be given a birth or death certificate. She is supporting my Bill that would change the law so that stillborn babies recognised and acknowledged.
