Labour cannot be trusted to run our NHS. Hospitals around the country are still saddled with PFI debt that was used by the last Labour Government to hide borrowing from the public. 12 years ago we had to form the KWASH campaign to stop the then-Labour Government from downgrading our local hospitals. Not one Labour Councillor or Officer supported our campaign. And all this before we talk about the irreparable damage a 4-day working week would do to the Health System.
We have the best, most ‘outstanding’ hospital in Worthing Hospital and this Conservative Government is going to continue to invest in our fantastic NHS - so don’t believe the typical Labour scaremongering about the NHS being ‘on the table’ in future trade deals.
